Shipping & Returns

Currently we primarily ship to locations within the United States. If you’d still like to inquire about an international order, rather than use our website to purchase your items please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We occasionally will ship things overseas on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping & Production
Shipping costs are determined by weight and controlled through third party shipping services such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Before shipping, we always do our best to pack our products as part of our service to you because many are quite delicate. If your order becomes damaged via mail, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to replace it depending on the circumstances.
Because many of our products are lasered to order please allow two to three weeks for production before shipping. We will always do our best to make sure that these custom orders get to you within the agreed time frame. Should your order get lost due to mechanical errors, or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit via USPS or any other third party mailing service. We also cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping after we have shipped out your item.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
Because much of our work is custom, we typically will not do returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we know that mistakes and damages can happen while products are in-transit. Should a product arrive to you damaged by the post depending on our current order volume and your order’s complexity we will do our best to replace it. These returns and exchanges due to in-transit damage will be possible based on a case-by-case basis and up to our discretion.
Yes, we do rush orders! If you would like to request a rush order, please add the “Rush Order Upcharge” service to your cart on our website. This will bump your order up to the top of our queue. Without this, even with a specified date in your order notes, we won’t be able to consider your order a rush order. Please allow seven to ten days for rush order production before shipping.
